in America, but they haven't got a clue as to where thousands of illegal immigrants and terrorists are located. Maybe the USA should put the Department of Agriculture in charge of immigration. Would this help.?
Even though the Gov. will not help!

A report by the Southern Poverty Law Center documented 803 hate groups operating in the U.S. last year--33 percent more than in 2000. The Border Guardians, an organization based in Arizona, is accused by the center of working with neo-Nazis to harass and steal money from undocumented immigrants.

I had too much Mexican food last night, and this morning I had so much Brown Pride it took half the newspaper to deal with it. I was so proud of the Brown I hated using the toilet brush on it, before I reverently sent it out to sea with a sad but sweet flush.

Although next time, maybe a little less hot sauce, now I know the meaning of Montezuma's revenge...

On a more serious note, before you kneejerk liberals all report my little joke, remember that the First Amendment that you all love to cherish and quote was created with the exact intention to protect speech like this.

Is there any one aspect of the immigration issue that you would consider to be more important than any other? If so, what is it?

Sometimes, when a patient's pretty badly injured, the answer is unfortunately to amputate an injured limb so as to permit the patient to live, rather than risk their life for the sake of a failed attempt to fix the limb. Many feel that California's firmly on the road to hell, and de-facto occupation by Mexico, ironically without a bullet having been fired. Are american interests still represented in California in regards to Mexico and points beyond, or is it time to build a supplemental border fence?

We American citizens are fed up! When we Americans get fed up, we don't run next door, no, we stand up and fight! All this bread and butter ya'll have been getting here in OUR country is coming to an end. America is going to stand up and say "GET OUT! NO MORE!" and we are going to do it soon. So, what are you going to do when we send ya'll home? Scared yet, you should be because I can see it all around me, especially in this forum, we Americans are sick and tired of being walked on.

Why would they protest in the US for being mistreated? They don't dare say anything bad about thier legal home country? I think all of these protests should be aimed south of the border. If they fixed Mexico's problems maybe they would not be climbing all over each other to be here illegaly.

How do you think they are getting away with coming here? Is it the government's fault, or something else?

That the ex president of Mexico, Echeverria will be arrested for genocide for the Tlaletalco Massacre.
Goes to show you what a corrupt and cruel country Mexico is. And yet the US is expected to take care of their people, and those against amnesty are cruel.

I asked if legalizing immigration was the answer to peace for all of us. OK you have to know I was getting at amnesty and that it was a leading question. No I don't want to let anyone in, no I don't want to give amnesty. I believe in our Law and any of you who have read my posts and answers should know that. I know there's always been conflict and I also know that there's peace as well. but...........I also see that no matter what is decided on this issue, there's going to be millions of people pissed off, not just a few. And this is a life and death issue for all of us no matter what side of the fence you're speaking from. It very well could start a Civil War. I don't know about the rest of you but that scares the hell out of me. I want the illegals out, I want our country back and I want our Law upheld. I will deal with the repurcussions, fight if I have to. Will the rest of you who are against illegal immigration be willing as well?

The Tenth commandment says:

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's
house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's
wife, nor his manservant, nor his
maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ***, nor
any thing that is thy neighbour's.

True Jesus preaches to help and feed the poor but can someone please give me a reference of where the Bible states that one can commit a crime or steal (8th commandment) because they're seeking a better life?

I'm truly interested in understanding where this logic is coming from. Please refrain from opinions this board if full of them. Just send me the religious reference that I can read that justifies the actions of illegal immigrants breaking laws and stealing (SSNs) is justified because they're poor.

Kick them out........Let them in.........Kick them out.......Let them in.......I've participated in this discussion for awhile now and have come to realize that we are a country torn over what is right and what is wrong. For myself and many discussing this the truth is clear............It's simply illegal. Many accuse of us hypocrisy...cold hearted....forgot where we came from....etc. We're American people arguing amongst ourselves. Where do we find peace? I'm scared to think where this issue is taking this country.

I'm a Canadian citizen and would like to visit the US as a tourist, most likely by car. I've heard that I have to state how long I will be visiting, but if I change my mind after entering and would like to stay longer (stay another week, for example, for a total of 2 weeks), then do I have to notify the border authorities (or fill out a form)?

we need to really examinine the assumptions we’re operating from and those assumptions lead us to places that reinforce domination.

One place to start is by knowing the truth about immigration and the entire right-wing Minuteklan mentality and confronting these bigots wherever they rear thier stupid racist heads.

Their is a strain -that has been shown many times.
So why are they not demonstration for Nation health-so all pay including them from their paychecks?
Why are they not collecting money for a fund to cover the loss to America economy? A fund for so many years taken from their pay maybe,
Why are they not looking for solutions to help the programs that are hurting instead of what they what?
Why when it would help if they marched for help to the solutions-do they ignore it?

It is often said that no one would do the things illegal aliens do at the low wages they are paid. If we reduced the welfare recipients by 75%, wouldn't that create a pool of US citizens who would be willing to work for the lower wages so we could give the illegal's the boot?

Read this before answering - "The U.S. economy is expanding by a long-term average rate of 3.5 percent per year,” according to a February 22, 2005, report in The Globalist. “More than one percentage point of this increase can be attributed to the increase in population through immigration.”

While America is a symbol of freedom, it should not be the trash-bin of the world. Australia had very strict immigation laws requiring education and even Canada still has a point system to insure that the people coming to live there are worthwhile citizens. We accept misfits from the various societies and then pay them with welfare checks....sorry it doesn't fit in my books. Every person has to carry their own weight. Some of my relatives, Chinese, living in Vietnam at the time of the downfall of the Saigon regime were taken to a refugee camp and beginning day one, they were told how to apply for welfare, and again in the Philippines, they were brainwashed with the big pocketbook of Uncle Sam. Such nonsense is the weakness of the system...but we require very little before we accept immigrants.I think that we should wake up to the fact that people want to come to America for $$$$$$$$$$$...not to improve our country. Look at the plethora of Indian physicians....where do they retire?
