CALL LOCAL IMMIGRATION LET THEM TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM

2006-06-30 09:41:57 · answer #1 · answered by b 2 · 0 1

Doing anything would be moraly wrong. I'll explain why.

1) Most illegal imigrants work 2-4 jobs at a time that other people would refuse, and for less than minimum wage.

2) Most "illegals" are barely managing to keep a roof over their heads and feed their families with what they are being paid.

3) The INS will take the individual and place them on the first transport and dump them off at the border. (no shelter, no food, no money for food)

4) Many "illegals" have families they are supporting here in the states (if they have been here awhile). If they are an only parent you run the risk of deporting a parent while their child is left alone.

These people are not hurting anyone, all they are looking for is a means to survive for themselves and their family. That is why many families (White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, Greek, Italian, Etc) Over the last 250 years have imigrated here.

Their lives are hard enough without people trying to round tem up like dangerous criminals and dumping them across the border.

How is it that you know this for a fact?

If it's true what you know write a letter to the employer and copy the INS, the people who's SSN's were stolen and some lawyer who may just give you a piece of the action for this information.

Don't! Tell the INS and let them investigate. If they can substantiate your claims, the employer will be subject to severe penalties, and the employees-oh well....! However, INS is so overburdened with "everything" they may never get to investigate, so that may frustrate you more. but go ahead and give it a try!

Walk up and find the manager, say, "Hey, Bob, got some proof here that some people are working for you under fake ID", and show him. Burden of proof is probably on you, though...would YOU want to give up your cheap labor? LOL

via fact on a similar time as the proper effect is to discover a "tournament" from the equipment, it normally returns a "no tournament" consistent with threat via archives enter blunders on the government edge or a potential worker with reliable archives. The linked link shows that out of roughly sixteen million Everify circumstances, 230,000 are got here across "no longer authorized." i assume, like each and every government equipment, it is not infallible. which isn't comforting.

Your employer probably knows and doesn't care... if this is the case, plausible deniability is the name of the game. Take that away from him and you'll surely piss him off.
