its just kinda hurtful to hear a lot of those words from anti illegals, i mean okay theyre illegals, but they work hard right?
i think those people are bad and mean too sometimes because they are obviously opressed. i mean clean this wipe that, plus insults. of course what it would do to the self esteem?
i feel kind of pity towards them :(
i dont pity the ones who rob and commit crimes like rape and murder though, but majority are hard working laborers.. :(

or even hurt people so why you bother so much about it? White, Blacks, gangs, Latinos kill each other each day and you can't do nothing about it. Think about it. Any one in your family could be using drugs (which are illegal) what do you do to stop them? What do you do about it? How many people here would go crazy if drugs were gone! So, what's the difference? If you can't fight them, join them!!! They are still human beings just like you and me, there are good ones and bad ones just like the "legal" people from this country. Think about it....

They seem so focused on race and exclusion, I grew up around a majority of Mexicans, and I know first hand how a large majority of Mexicans tend to be racially motivated, It was a daunting task trying to be excepted by them. I know they will cast their votes with racism as their motivation, this is commonsense based on decades of experience with "La Raza".

Should living in the U.S. be treated as a right, or a privilege ?

I look at it as a privilege, if you are allowed to live here, you have proven to this country that you can contribute in a positive way.

Why not enlist the Mexicans in the Army or Marines, hand them a rifle and point them toward the Al-queda sympathizers in Iraq? When they come home, they have earned their citizenship? Just an idea.

The Military must be directed to the Mexico Border At Once
Nothing wrong with seeking a better life, however what Mexico fails or refuses to comprehend is that Americans and Legal immigrants find it offensive that over 15 million Illegal Aliens from Mexico have chosen to enter this country with total disregard for this nations laws.

Why can't we all get along? Can we just respect each other's opinions without insulting anyone? Do you think it's possible?

1. Secure the borders, wall and a vast military presence
2. All illegals, unless paying taxes, strip social benefits within 2 months.
3. Limit all social programs from all Americans who are able to work after 2 years, except under certain extreme situations like mental or physical disabilities. No increase in social benefits for more kids.
4. All illegals must come out of the shadows within the next year. They must be given a tax id number and some type of ID, hold on to a full time job, be tested for any diseases, stay out of trouble for 25 years, pay a $60,000 fine, learn english, not use any social program for more than 6 weeks. If they do not come foward they will be deported immediately. If they accomplish this goal then they will be able to apply for citizenship.
5. Can NOT use hospitals unless it is an emergency
6. Schools must phase out ESL. after elementary. There will be no special bi-lingual teacher aides either
7. Employers will be heavily penalized for hiring illegals without the proper paper work.
8. Once there is control on the border than Mexico must develop a plan to keep more illegal aliens in the country.
9. Require all illegal aliens who have had free schooling from America, to join the Military for 6 years

I was in a resturant in Texas last week, and was approched by someone. He started talking in a angry voice, but not in english. I looked at my friend several times to see if he heard absolutly nothing as well. Then he bagan to speek broken english. My Friend and myself didn’t make this racial at all. He kept saying “F*** Bush.” and stating that Sadam and Bush were working together, and that Sadam was #1. We told this idiot, “If you like him so much, leave, and go help him.” Then he accused us of not liking Mexico or Mexicans. Again, we did not make this racial. This idiot also started saying that “Texas” is a mexican name, so this area is Mexico.
I know that if he would have said that to the wrong Marine, Seal, or any Armed Services Member for that matter, he would have ended up in the hospital.

U.S. Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean were each sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for wounding a drug smuggler. (Tell the President and Congress that Ramos and Compean should be pardoned.) The incident occurred last year when the two agents pursued the smuggler, Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila, who was trying to make it back across the border from the El Paso sector into Mexico. During the pursuit, Ramos, after finding a bloodied Compean lying on the ground from a struggle with Aldrete-Davila, shot at the smuggler, believing him to be armed.

I'm Latin American, legal resident of the United States, and speak perfect English. I also participate in the holidays (except today since I don't have kids). I have a job as a webmaster and I'm active in my community. Why do you guys, then, talk crap about Latin Americans in general in this forum? I mean, I know your point of view is against illegal immigration but every time I try to say something that contradicts your beliefs you tell me to "go back to your sh!tty country beaner"
