Do you mean Australia or Austria?

There is no restriction on sending money outside Australia. If you carry the money out of Australia yourself you will need to declare it at the airport if the money is over $10,000. If you wire the money through a bank the bank will do that for you. There are no taxes or government fees to send money out.
