reading some answers i agree however what does they past issues of how we met and bank accounts , these are formalities for the fiancee visa, its my its understanding that the 130 goes to DHS then its past on to USCIS then to local in country consulate for interview, i understand the NOn Immigratnt visa are for just that non immigrants given the circumstamces the consulate should approve a visitor visa on its merits of humanitarian basis this wa snot requested for a vacation or else but my personal medical situation she is not some skag trying to venture in another country but MY wife and legally married simply trying to do everything legit does anyone know any other type of visa that can be granted ?? leaving alone the I-130 .,this does not sit well with me as an American citizen,by interrelated i meant dont' they share information since it concerns the same issue immigration?? yeah i 'm pissed after having served my country for 25 yrs in the military

I don't know what's wrong with him, but with a pending I-130 the bet is that she'll immediately apply for change of status after she clears immigration on her visitor visa. It's pretty much standard operating procedure to deny a visa in a case like this.

no they arent the same reason that the fbi and cia and nsa arent interrelated. think abt it. thats why the system of other coutnries dont work because they made theirs interrelated.

consular officers are really a pain in the ***, its like kinda their job.
the incidence of their strictness regarding what you request got worse after the 9/11 attacks.
