Hey I am young, unskilled and thinking of applying for working and holiday visa in New Zealand and then Australia any other countries I can get Working Visa and is this a viable option?

My friend overstayed in Australia and was excluded for 3 years which has now finished and is now having great difficulty getting another visa! Has anyone else had this problem, or knows anyone that has? I thought once you had "served your time" all was good again! She left voluntarily and at her own expense so I don't really see what the Australian Immigration Department's problem is! Thanks all and happy travelling lol

I live in New York. I am now green card holder after having diversity visa in 2004. I visited my birth place Bangladesh in the end of 2006 & my parents married me. I am also happy for my maggriage. I have done physical contact with my wife regularly without taking propection. Now my wife feel very embrassed because she has no meanstration from last month. Now my asking, will I face big problem to bring my wife in USA during her pregnencey or after she give birth a new child? Please advice me.

he explains to u than he/she is an undocumented ( u did not knew ) and that they had not found out yet than he/she is an undocumented . he explains then that as soon as they do it he will surely be deported for ten years with not chance to comeback to America ... he / she is asking u to get him/her out of prison as soon as possible .....

what do u do and why ????

( by the way please assume than the only two things u can do is getting him/her out of prison or to leave immigration take him out of the USA )

when you check into a hotel and you see the property filled with hispanic workers, do you automatically assume they are illegal??? if so what is your reaction???? what if for some reason you do find out some of the workers are illegal?? what do you do??

WATSONVILLE — Federal immigration authorities are expanding into Northern California and the Central Valley, creating a pair of teams to track down illegal immigrants in Sacramento and Fresno under "Return to Sender," a spokeswoman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Thursday.


The operation has netted 18,000 undocumented residents nationwide in the past nine months — including more than 100 people on the Central Coast and 900 people in the San Francisco area, said Virginia Kice, ICE's spokeswoman in Laguna Niguel.

Do you think people will still be crossing our borders if they know they can't get a job here?Are all the restaurants, factories, hotels, construccion bussiness responsable for the high number of ilegal immigrants because they keep hiring them? Isn't that a good incentive to keep crossing the border ilegally? who is reponsable for illegal immigration us or them?
