what I know poor and uneducated Mexicans are in US "because their government doesn't provide the basic services and opportunities" meaning they hate that kind of life.
when you said "want the same people to run america" you are talking about those who got a piece of corruption and they want to be on power.
but I don't think MEXICANS (more than 100 million) want the same type of gov. from which they are running away.
if they are lefties??,not yet, but check it out Cuba, Ecuador, Venezuela and more SOUTH AMERICAN countries.
the Mexican conservative party on charge is 100% pro-Bush, and of course; only small amount of Mexicans enjoy this privilege of corruption.
