Unless I have completely misread the Untied States Constitution , one must be a legal citzen of our country to be protected and covered by our Constitution and legal laws. The only rights illegal aliens are entitled to are those offered by the U.S. Immigration and Customs enforcement agency.

Colorado has had to resort to that after chasing immigrants, legal and illegal, out of the state.

why do I keep seeing these "clinicas" & "clinicas de mama" pop up on every corner? For those of you with no understanding of Spanish that means doctors & gynecologists - clinics. How are these privately owned businesses not only surviving but THRIVING to the point that there are more & more of them being built? It seems the belief of the popular majority that all illegals are using hospitals & not paying or somehow tapping into government subsidized healthcare & draining our resources yet the clinicas require up-front payment and pregnant women actually set up a payment plan and make payments on giving birth - usually to the tune of about $7,000. I know several who have done just that.

So which is it? The illegals are abusing our own healthcare system or they are building more clinicas & the illegals are going there & paying for their own healthcare?

I'm getting mixed responses/suggestions from people. Hence posting this question. Here is my case:
1. I'm currently in US on L1 visa
2. Shifting to H1 thru another employer this year. Visa getting filed on 2nd Apr
3. I'm traveling on 31st Mar to my native country and will not return until 10th May
4. I want to come back on L1, continue till 30th Sep and move on to H1 seamlessly 1st Oct onwards

Now my queries:
1. Is it true that traveling when a change of status (here L1 to H1) is filed and is pending will jeopardize the new visa. Will my H1 get canceled or I may even not be allowed to enter on L1 in May?
2. What is the best possible way out, other than suggesting to drop my travel plan which is quite imp? Can my employer file for my H1 now and file for CoS (I-539) only when I return?
3. Can I go to say Canada in Oct and get my H1 stamped and return
4. Or is there no real issue at all and I can travel as planned
5. Any other suggestion will be really appreciated. In dilemma

Don't they see the important word in there....ILLEGAL. Why not defend illegal rapists, and illegal thiefs and illegal killers. Illegal immigrants are nothing but parasites that drain our tax money and the services it provides without putting a dime back in to replenish it. If an American citizen doesnt pay tax he goes to jail, but if an illegal immigrant doesnt pay tax people defend him....ridiculous. I have no problem w/ immigrants since the large majority of the US population is immigrant in 1 form or another, whether its Latino or European or whatever. But they are ILLEGAL and do not belong here. How and why can people defend them....this blows my mind?

I know somebody works for a company that hire workers even when they are just visiting the US, and are paid cash or check.
If they get caught, how much is the penalty to be paid by the company?

How do I begin reseraching how to move to the UK or Europe. I have dual US and UK citizenship (so I have a legal right to work) but my background is as an admin assistant -- which I think is usually hired locally, right? Therefore, can I get hired without being in the country first? So confusing. I have no idea where to even begin -- but I really want this. Any advice, please?

I recently posted a question on illegal immigraton and more then half the answers were calling me a racist. Why is it in a land of free speech everyone is dubbed a racist just for asking a question?

If I were to come to America for teaching in a prestigious university (as my Ph D is in a rare speciallization), would I face persecution by the American people and officials due to the fact that I'm a Muslim? Even if were to be free of any links or acquaintances to extremist groups?

What would the probability of being persecuted or arrested for no good reason in the USA? Actually, I've heard many stories of that kind, yet Americans here in Egypt strictly deny that...so who's actually the one telling the truth?

Serious answers please.

I have been denied to enter England because I maybe wanted to work there instead of just visiting. That shuts me out of Ireland. Will that also shut me out of Australia? I am from the USA.

Dear Bulgarians

We, my wife and I, are looking for Bulgarians for language exchange. My level of Bulgarian is zoro but wife's is elementary but still we need a lot of real practice as the program we used was not enough to help us in Bulgaria. We can offer you Afrikaans (me) or English (wife) in return for Bulgarian. We have Skype.

Thank you and God bless.
