There are to many legal Americans living in poverty NOW! Their problems need to be addressed! Its the wealthy pushing the line were a nation of immigrants well what country isn't! We have to get our house in order now & we don't have provisions so only the wealthy can get over on our poor for cheap labor supply sake! Stop all Immigration!

The amount of money it cost 135 million to build the new prison camps, and the cost of increasing border patrol and building a fence while chasing mexicans around could be saved and the additional taxes we get from their labor would buy one heck of a lot of bullets planes and Humvees for use in Iraq and around the world.

Okay, I need a good immigration lawyer in Dallas area for this case. Please only respond if you know of a good lawyer that can help us.

My husband and I have been married for 5 years this July. He came to this country illegally from mexico (no visa of any kind). We already know all the paper work that needs to be filled out and the normal process that we have to take. The only problem is I am not sure which lawyer to trust. I am putting our future in this guys hands and would like to have some peace of mind that everything will turn out okay. Also, he will need to apply for a hardship once in mexico for the interviews since I don't make enough money to support myself without him and will have to rack up quite some debt to live while he is gone. We have been saving money to do all of this and now I need a lawyer before the prices go up and it takes even longer.

Also if anyone has done their papers recently and applied for the hardship... how long until you came back.PLEASE HELP!

if people want to come to the US to live let them do it legally and stop wasting our tax dollars hiring people that speak spanish in places like schools, social security offices and other government offices. are the american people treated this way when we go to other countries?

I am an American Citizen and realized that i get no benefits compared to what an ILLEGAL immagrant gets. Why is that? What has this country come to when a U.S Citizen have no voice in any of situation but if you're a Latino or a Mexican who came to this country ILLEGALLY, you get your voice heard. It's amazing how you get rewarded for breaking a law. Now if you guys think i hate Latinos just cus I think it's wrong for an ILLEGAL alien to come here, you are incredibly stupid. I specificly said illegal, not legal so dont labeled me as racist. It's just amazing how an illegal alien can get better benefits than a hard working American Citizen or people who followed the rules of becoming and American Citizen. Sometimes I wish I was an illegal alien but i dont think I can live with myself by going into other people's country and tell them to give me benifits which i did not deserve.

It's some of the LEGAL immigrants we should be worried about.
It seems to me that our State Dept LOVES to let in many dangerous people just because they have money. The reason we have the Statue of Liberty is so that people who have a miserable life in their own country will be welcome here to have an opportunity for a better life.

With the way the government is allowing so many foreigners into the country. England is going down the pan fast. Everything seems to be in favour of the foreigners or is just me?

What happened to the rights of the normal English person.....

Immigrants should first and foremost benefit the citizens of the recieving country. We should not accept under- educated low skilled workers. We should accept people that have alot to offer This country and give qualified people incentives to come here. Do you agree with this?

Anyone understand why Mexicans fail at a successful civilization? Ever wonder why millions of them invade the United States in search of a better life? Have you noticed that once they arrive, they create the same kind of ‘society’ in the United States? Unconsciously, they recreate the same condition that they left behind. Have you ever heard of the expression, "You can take the boy out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the boy"?
