Were your parents here illegally? If so, then if you ask the entire 39th Congress, the answer is Absolutely Not!
But if you ask the Supreme court (who, in deciding the cases that ultimately established the granting of citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil) then your answer would be yes.
That decision might hearten you a bit (since you hate America) as it will give you just another chunk of ammo against what was once a great nation (and will be again, soon, if people take back the power).
The justices argued - 5 to 4 - whether they should consider the voluminous written statements of the 39th congress who ratified the 14th amendment, that is, whether they should consider the INTENT of the congress in passing the law. The minority (Four excellent Justices) argued that the intent, if clearly stated and pertinent, is as important as the actual wording.
The remaining five (while impregnating gnats) wrote their opinion stating (I'm paraphrasing, here) that the Citizens of the United States are irrelevant, undeserving peons of the lowest order and need to be watered down by as many disloyal, uneducated, anti-American slob-larvae as possible.
I think one of the minority four must have insulted a gnat.

I could and I am tempted to tell you a very good solution to all your problems ,but I wont.
I suggest.instead,you simply wait a few years. and if all the people that are flooding this nation via illegal means get their wish. The US will become just another poverty ridden third world country. You will never miss the real America until it no longer exists. I feel nothing but sadness for you. You are to be pitied

Actually, being born in America really does make you a citezen whether you like it or not. If you must move to a 3rd world country, go ahead. As for that Palestinean person, the US is your country too.

but i was born here too , and i am a citizen weather they like it or not , i do everything like a normal citizen do , and this UGLY country supports the occupation in my home land but yet i'll live here and i won't to any where but my home land , and i care for this country and i love it so much , and there is no way i would ever hate it , to me it's just my home (for now)
