Hi i went to india last month and now i lost my green card here can anyone pls tell me how i can come back to usa i cannot find my green card .What will the procedure

I would go to a US embassy or consulate and report it and then see what they can do for you there.

Contact the office of immigration. If your green card was still valid, they will have you in the system and can issue a replacement - if you qualify. There may be a charge for this procedure and they may ALSO deny you both a replacement as well as invalidating your original.

You need to contact the US Embassy. I'm sure they can help you.
And to replace your green card, you need to fill out I-90 form:

You have to go and tell them at the embassy and apply for a replacement.
