Because this lying piece of trash is saying what they want to hear. The drug-scum smuggler was caught again trying to smuggle a 1000 lbs of drugs into the US while under the immunity from prosecution that Sutton gave him to lie about the two Border Patrol Agents.Sutton with held that from the jury. There were also Supervisors there at the scene when this occurred,the rules of the BP are that if a Supervisor is present then that person files the report on the incident and not the agents involved. They also did NOT know that the scum bag smuggler had been shot in the azz until 5 days later. People tend to believe what agrees with their views,not the truth or facts. A lot of times it simply is a lie. I wouldn't believe Sutton on a stack of bibles . Homeland Security also admitted lying about the facts . I know that no drug dealer /smuggler is EVER worth any Border Patrol Agents life..
