Hello, I hope someone out there can help me. I was given away at birth, due to some hardships. After 25+ years I finally located my parents. They are both United States Citizens. Unfortunately, I am still in a small island in asia. What can I do so I may be able to live with my blood parents? They became US citizens when I was no longer a minor. Thank you so much =)

So, here's my problem. I'm illegal, I crossed the Mexican-US border just last year but I took TP-74 boat from my beautiful country of Kazakhstan to Mexico first. While in Mexico, I decided to sneak into the US. But, my neighbors found out and they are going to report me. I would really love to stay in the US to pursue the "American Dream," but what if INS deports me? What should I do? I know that the easiest way to gain residency is through marriage, but I need to find the man first, right? So, any hot American hunk available for marriage?

Oh, preferably a guy who's at least 5'10, 180 lbs, good teeth, and with great biceps. Thanks!!!

p.s - this is the second time I'm posting this question, just modified a little. I have no idea why my last question got delete it. Did I offend anyone? I hope not, I would love for all of us to be friends :) Well, but here's again!!!

He is a nurse and already is here from Canada on a work visa. Will that change the process since he already lives here, owns a home here and all that?

I am guessing we will still need to apply for this?
Immigrant visa for a Spouse of a U.S. Citizen (IR1 or CR1) - An immigrant Petition for Alien Relative, Form I-130 is required.

Is that correct? I just did not know if him already being here made any difference or maybe moved the process along quicker.

Thanks :-)

The Supreme Court's decision upheld the constitutionality of Section Three of the Expatriation Act of 1907, and determined that marriage to an alien was a voluntary act of expatriation. The act of marriage to a foreigner equaled the act of expatriation, similar to an act of renouncing American citizenship by serving in a foreign-armed service, or swearing allegiance to a foreign crown or government.

Is this act still in place today? IF not how is an American woman's citizenship affected, if at all, when she marries someone of another nationality?

Looks like ICE is coercing people to accept deportation without getting a lawyer or seeing a judge to find out if they have a right to stay legally. Does that sound right to you?

1. if the non- US citizen has a student visa
2. if the non-US citizen has a 6-month visitor visa

what paperwork do they have to file? Does the non US -citizen have to go back to their own country? Do they lose the visa status they currently have and get it replaced with something else?

During the pre civil war years slavery was "justified" because it kept the cost down on the agricultural products that slaves produced. Afterall, hiring paid workers would have driven up the price of cotton and other such products. It seems that illegal immigration in California is justified because their low wages keep the cost of oranges down. Those who support illegal immigration for no other reason than keeping the cost of agricultural produce and gardening work low are no different than the consumers who demaned low cost cotton during the slave era.

I know a couple who are first cousins n got married in the Philippines. The father of the woman and the mother of the man are brothers and sisters. The man is a naturalized US citizen, filed a petition of this cousin wife of hers and she arrived here in the US last month (Feb. 2007). The man's side of the family are all here in the US, and i believe that they got married only to bring the woman's side of the family here in the US. Do you think this marriage is real or a fraud?
