if you are on their reservation, or the native american is a federal judge. only the gov't can deport you, but a native american is more american than any of us, so why would it matter whether the person deprting you is native american or not? why, did you get deported, or feel that you're about to?

GO home and come back the legal way through immigration.You then will be welcomed. Honor our laws as you would like us ,US citizens to honor yours.Get life ,car Insurance and a job ,so we don't have to spend our hard earned money on your welfare. Thank You.
