So, here's my problem. I'm illegal, I crossed the Mexican-US border just last year but I took TP-74 boat from my beautiful country of Kazakhstan to Mexico first. While in Mexico, I decided to sneak into the US. But, my neighbors found out and they are going to report me. I would really love to stay in the US to pursue the "American Dream," but what if INS deports me? What should I do? I know that the easiest way to gain residency is through marriage, but I need to find the man first, right? So, any hot American hunk available for marriage?

Oh, preferably a guy who's at least 5'10, 180 lbs, good teeth, and with great biceps. Thanks!!!

p.s - this is the second time I'm posting this question, just modified a little. I have no idea why my last question got delete it. Did I offend anyone? I hope not, I would love for all of us to be friends :) Well, but here's again!!!

Free_Eagle: you are ........don't have a specific "name" for you, but how's asking this question illegal? Now, be a good little man and go take a shower, though I doubt showering would wash your hatred away.

Zoe: I've read enough nasty answers in his immigration section, so I could care less if I get bashed. I just can't believe that this world is filled with people with so much hatred for others. I never said illegal immigration was good, but hoping that Minutemen to kill illegals (which they can't) and hoping for the government to execute (as to kill) illegals is beyond this world...and people want world peace? Give me a break!!!

Oklatom: you are freakishly funny. You reported me under what grounds? Uhmm...I should do something with people like you when I start working for Yahoo.

Zoegurl: if you work for an immigration attorney, you should know something called adjustment of status. That applies to people whether they came here legal or illegally. Also, it depends whether you are married to an US citizen or an US permanent resident.

If you are here illegally, you cannot be petitioned by a US citizen becuase of the way immigration laws currently are; even if you do find someone to marry you. If you do file a petition and are here illegally, you will need to go back to your country, and could be barred from entering again anywhere between 3 - 10 years, depending on how long you've been here.

I would suggest you wait and see if there is any immigration reform soon.

Good luck! OH and be prepared to get some really nasty answers here.

I have to agree with Zoegurl. At this time the immigration laws are not favorable to those that have entered this country without a visa, and it doesn't matter that you are married to a US citizen or even if your parents are US citizens.

Just stick it out. As for your neighbors, they are mean. I would move if I were you.

Good luck!!! I am positive that this is the year we will have a favorable immigration reform. Everyone here should call their congressman and ask them to support an immigration reform.

I was feeling bad for you and would have helped you up until the man thing and gaining residencey through it. I'm not so sure you are illegal, I think you are just poking fun at it. If it was that serious you would not have said that.

If it is true, I hope everything works out and if you want serious help, ask serious answers. You might receive very offensive answers but there are some of us that would try to help.

Go Home and come in the country like you are supposed to
........ follow the process as laid out by our
United states government.

In your "Question" you ask if you offended anybody.
Most people when looking to defraud a government for
residency don't advertise for an illegal mate or in America
as we like to call them Co defendant.
Minuteman project is not to kill random people it is to keep people from steeling a TP-74 boat in Kazakhstan and going to Mexico then sneaking into the us.

GO HOME!!!! until you are a legal citizen then welcome

Leave. If you want to come here, do it legally. Reported by the way, and hopefully this will again be deleted.

Your question got deleted because what you're trying to do is ILLEGAL. And most importantly, they DO prosecute sham marriages.
