Are the rights of illegals being violated?

I just want to know people's opinion about this article.

Looks like ICE is coercing people to accept deportation without getting a lawyer or seeing a judge to find out if they have a right to stay legally. Does that sound right to you?

If they are not citizens of the US they are not protected by the rights of our constitution. Their rights cannot be violated because they do not have the same rights American citizens have.
