Most Americans have had a problem with people coming to this country illegally for a very long time. But we are a country built on immigrants, they just need to come here legally. If they bring drugs with them they need to go to jail and be deported. But if you come here illegally you are already breaking our laws. If such a huge crime rate follows Mexicans then maybe Mexicans should stand up and stomp out crime. Just don't cheat the system to take away from true citizens.

I truly do not understand what you are trying to say. Are you talking at all about illegals like some here seem to believe? Or are you promoting legalizing illegal drugs?
I personally have almost no problems with illegals who come here to work to bring a better life to the family back home. I do have a problem with those who come only for a ride on easy street. We have too many of those here already.
I have a real problem with minor drug users doing big time in prison, unless convicted of a serious crime. Dealers? Throw away the keys.

How do we really define drugs? Marijuana, for example, is illegal but is hardly the killing variety--no more than 'legal' drugs like tobacco and alcohol. Hell, Paul McCartney is a pot user, Louis Armstrong did a spliff every day till he died, so goes the rumour. Macca's always been a peaceful Beatle, and Satchmo? He was lovable and loved in equal amounts.
As for illegals, anyone assuming they are all violent is seriously misguided, so your point makes sense to me.

They are still human beings yes, but so are the "humans" who support Al-Qaida, La Raza, KKK, etc.
