Democrats without a doubt. They owe favors to the big corporations so they do what they tell them.
I don't care for the other party neither. But dollar for dollar-the Democrats are the greediest and most selfish who think more about themselves and not others

The Democrats, undoubtedly. Leniency is not really the best word though--it has a negative connotation. Democrats are more focused on rehabilitation and getting actual results. The Democratic Party believes that people can be forgiven and brought back into society if they are rehabilitated and repentant. It's ironic that the so-called "godless party" is the one that practices forgiveness and believes in salvation.
As for illegal immigration--let's not forget that you and I come from immigrant families too. If America is not a place where anyone willing to work hard can come for a shot at a better future, then we have abandoned the founding principles of our country.

Well, I'm of the opinion that the label and rhetoric of your political party really doesn't amount to a hill of crap, it's the results of their policies that'll tell you what's Really Going On, here, I think if you're not a skeptic by now about a lot of this garbage, you've been sleepin' or slackin'...the GOP has had a lot of backing from companies that stand to make a MINT off an endless supply of illegal mexican labor, and they could care less about your opinion on labor law enforcement etc. UN-fortunately for THEM, the public is now wise to a lot of their crap, and they're suffering the same fate as other companies and corporations that have decided to play fast n loose with the law. So, to answer you question, since they're in the majority, and making all the decisions and stuff these days, I'd answer 'the GOP'. But, like I said, political affiliation really doesn't matter a hill of crap anymore, it's all about influence-peddling and vote-buying, and frankly there's MORE of these congress-critters that are due to be 'outsourced'....and they can pull down K street, while they're at it, this country belongs to the people that live in it, not those that have amassed enough coin to throw bags of it at any senator etc they think will cave to their coercion...

Clearly the Republican party is (at least presently). Their talking head, G.W., entered office by criminal means! He was then re-elected. This should be proof enough that Republicans have no problem with crime and are therefore more lenient to criminals.
Also, George W. Bush has continued to break law after law after law since taking, and then retaking office. And I do mean "taking". He stole his presidency, and that is why he will never be my president.
I left the Navy in 2003, after a successful and productive extended first tour, because I could not look myself in the mirror any longer knowing that I was serving a criminal's political ends! To those who say Bush's opposition don't support the troops, I say this: I AM a troop, and I HATE Bush. Figure that one out!
Don't settle for "representative democracy", folks. It is not democracy. G.W. lost the popular election and still became president! Why even vote then?

Well its the democrats supposedly. They are the party of human rights.
Neither party really cares about the plight of the indigent illegal alien....All the motivation is based on votes. Pure and simple.
If republicans say they don't want illegals here its because they are pandering to the right wing. They don't care about the issue, they only care about special interests along with the democrats Both parties only care about obtaining votes and power....
Don't kid yourself....

Liberal Democrats are known to be very soft on crime. Don't just take my word for it do some simple research. See who opposes capital punishment most often. See which judges give the most lenient sentences. See which party wants to make it harder for citizens to defends themselves against criminals.
