Pro Illegals....period!! They are using the race card in every way to justify their reasoning or get sympathy ....either way. Using a race card on whatever side of any issue involving this kind of matter, is just a pathetic, & poor excuse to justify your cause! Race has nothing to do with illegal immigrants coming over to this Country illegally, wherever you come from!

Your not being discriminated against if you are an " illegal " immigrant....what the problem is the fact that their are too many illegals coming over here illegally, but also they did break the law, if they went about the right ways to pursue work & citizenship in this country ...... ( and if we had a reformed system that could manage and control the # of people seeking to come here ) then you wouldn't hear any complaints. The problem also lies in the fact that Illegal Immigrants all of a sudden feel that they have a right to march down our streets and boycott working and demand " Amnesty " is ridiculous!!! Illegals think they make this country better???? I'm sure in a few seldom ways ...maybe....do they help this Country?? NOPE!!! They could pay some taxes and not take advantage of our system ....... that would help contributing to the country they so rightly feel they are citizens of. They get handouts left and right & that's not fair to those people who work every day....and actually pay taxes!!! When I get my checks every month ....I dont want any illegal immigrant getting money from me for free just because they are here!!! That's not what our Tax $$$ should be used for!

Pro Illegals ..as I see it...Their argument is weaker...then for those who don't want illegals spongeing off of tax payers!! Plain and simple!! ( Anti Illegals )

The pro illegal immigration movement uses the race card exclusively. They claim to have the "right" to illegally walk across our borders, break our laws, many of them steal our identities, use up our tax dollars, misuse our hospital emergency rooms, and fill our prisons. They say they are here to work, to do the jobs americans are too lazy to do? I think the only reason americans dont want to do those jobs is the pay has been driven too low, by the illegals. The american standard of living is higher than the poorest of the poor from mexico. They come here and live 20 people to a house, and own nothing. That is how the can afford to live on slave wages. Americans wont do that, but they would do the work if the greedy companies would pay more.

As I see it, the anti illegal immigration movement does not use the race card at all. They (me included) instead cite america's laws that are being trampled under food, and national security concerns, not race. With a literal flood of mexicans invading our land, how can that not be considered a threat to national security? In reality what we have here is our own insurgency. No, they are not shooting or bombing...yet. But who knows what the future holds. Look what happened in Europe. They did not predict the actions of their large immigrant muslim population, and it is coming to haunt them. Anytime you have a large number of immigrants that refuse to assimulate into the host society, there's a potential for disaster. As soon as there is enough of them, that is. And how many is enough? 30 million? 50 million? Who knows? But they are coming, and our politicians are really the only ones that arent concerned. Even liberals are beginning to speak out, and that says something. Its scarey to think that our politicians are dumber than a liberal.

The pro-illegal side resorts to name-calling and "you're a klansmen!!!" or "you're a racist!!!" all the time, especially on Yahoo. It is an easy way for them to escape the debate when they are losing, so they can just call you a name. It is very sad and hurts their cause much more than it helps it.

Many Mexican-Americans, and people from south american descent are very anti-illegal and believe that the illegals make them look bad. Many African american groups are very anti-illegal immigrants since they believe that it takes jobs from black people that are poor and can't get jobs that easily. So are they racist too? No. The pro-illegal side tries to play it like only Whte republicans who hate mexicans want the illegals out. I want LEGAL immigrants, not illegal ones that threaten our country.

This is an interesting question it turns out. While I cannot admit witness to Patriot's ever saying racist things, but this seems to be the argument for each:

Pro: You won't let poor, starving, innocent, American loving people cross your border without restraint that would never hurt a fly. They are so helpless they are worse off than any baby dying in Africa. And it's always Mexicans that cross the border, because it's primarily only them, you are a racist.

Anti: You illegally break our laws and come here 4 million a year that way. To take more from society than you give back according to study after study. You demand a place above and beyond any other citizen in our country for your cause. You want to colonize and instead of integration with America make here like Mexico, perhaps as Mexico has admitted getting as many up here that by majority population return states to Mexico. You don't want to be American, you want to bring Mexico here. For that, being against Americans to be here, you are a racist.

If you voice your opposition to illegal immigrants, you are labeled a redneck or racist. Those that support criminals always try to refer to your opposition as racism, when in reality, you are just opposed to the flagrant disregard for the laws of America. I love America, and even that seems to cause opposition. I disapprove of the self righteous who claim Americans are racist when it comes to the topic of Illegal immigration. They seem to pull out legal immigrants into the issue, when it isn't about them, it's about the ones who get to come here and jump in front of those that did it legally the whole time.

Calling those of us who want our laws inforced,and for people to come to our country legally.are all called RACIST by the illegals and their supporters!
It is the ONLY defense they have for their CRIMINAL behavior,playing the "race" card!!!! They KNOW they are in the wrong,so they resort to the name calling!!
