It is very sad to be a Palestinian on this earth. No body addresses or concern about this issue for more than half century. These people are living as prisoners in their own country without any basic facilities for being a human. But animals have more rights than humans in that part of the world. Since they are being treated worser than animals how can they get an ID or Passport & who is going to give that. This is an apathy in a so called civilized & democratized world. The world must come together to solve this problem forgetting the past differences.

There are two issues: Identity documents, and immigration to the United States.
There are two types of travel documents available: A Palestinian Refugee Travel Document issued by another country (Egypt, Lebanon, etc.) and an actual passport issued by the Palestinian Authority.
To legally come to live in the United States you would need to qualify under one of the many immigrant visa programs. One of the most basic requirements would be that you establish your identity.
