Ok, so whenever we went and invaded iraq for "Weopans of Mass Destruction" Dumb bush didn't find sh*t. This was a waste and then it went from that to "mission Iraqi freedom", which i want te iraqis to be free, so then they could live in somewhat peace. and then it changed to another name. are these just bush's coverups for his mistakes?

There are soo many problems living here at this apartment complex. There's an ongoing leak which i've complained about for awhile now. I've found a mouse/mice on several occasions. two closet doors they said they would put back on.. they never did. I am tired of paying rent for a place that always has problems. So i went to the leasing office and left a message to the apartment manager saying i would not be paying for rent until things were fixed. I believe i was right in this situation, but am wondering what you think. furthermore, i said i would only continue to pay rent/live here (because i don't drive, am in college, and am limited to things) if they lowered the rent. otherwise i would contact the board of health and what not. Does anyone have any options as i am limited to moving to another place.

Consumer Confidence Hits 6-Year High

http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D8QNM25O0&show_article=1'

The 2001 and 2003 tax reductions have spurred more than five years of uninterrupted growth. The economy grew at a robust 3.4 percent in the second quarter of 2007. Productivity growth has averaged 2.8 percent since 2001, considerably above the average of each of the past three decades. Since August 2003, our economy has created more than 8.2 million jobs, and the current unemployment rate is a VERY VERY low 4.5 percent, lower than the averages of the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. Wages have been on the rise, and real after-tax income is up 9.9 percent since President Bush took office, an average of nearly $3,000 per person.

Then we know we would hear the real questions everyone wants asked. Not these softball questions like you get on youtube, or CNN, or NPR or any of the other liberal outlets. Then we could have a real debate with someone we know would get to the root of the question.

The doctrine that imposes affirmative responsibilities on a broadcaster to provide coverage of issues of public importance that is adequate and fairly reflects differing viewpoints. In fulfilling its fairness doctrine obligations, a broadcaster must provide free time for the presentation of opposing views if a paid sponsor is unavailable and must initiate programming on public issues if no one else seeks to do so.

my fiance developed a repetitive stress injury due to the work requirements of her job. Went to an orthopedic doctor and received treatment (surgery to her left arm) After being released to full duty by her doctor she worked around 2 weeks doing the same job as before which involves a heavy load of typing (around 6 hours straight per day with breaks in between) and noticed that her arm was acting the exact same as before and scheduled a follow up with her doctor who informed her that she would have a permanent physical impairment forever and stated in the work release "no typing - permanently" at which point her job put her back on leave and has started talking about termination of her job which she can no longer perform. now my question to the people who have been in this kind of situation before is what kind of settlement should she expect out of this situation or is it impossible to give a ballpark figure? We live in TN for those that know the laws (which i dont lol)

Can you go to jail if your boyfriend/husband is selling drugs and you dont know about it? You guys live together and the police find some drugs in your house. He tells them that you have nothing to do with it and that the drugs are his.

A case reported in a paper today
A teenage girl aged 17 and her boyfriend aged 30, and three others, two cannot be named for legal reasons tortured a man with learning difficulties, force-fed him with tablets, before marching him to a viaduct. The teenage girl stamped on the mans fingers so he fell to his death. The boyfriend got 25 years for murder and the teenage girl got 10 years on the same charge. The third adult got 8 years, for manslaughter. All three admitted assault, causing actual bodily harm. The judge said you " bullied him to death". The two younger ones were sentenced to ABH, and for further reports. How is this justice? what the hell is wrong with the legal system in this country. These scum, deliberately tortured and killed this poor man in a most heinous way and all the girl got was ten years, i do not understand that this is punishment, she will be out in 7 years or less with good behaviour and her boyfriend maybe in 15.
Where's the justice for him or his family
