Dear Mr. Obama,
I have been an ardent supporter of yours until you supported the Judge's decision on the immigration ordinances in Hazelton, PA. I strongly support what Mayor Barletta is doing, as well as others across the country in regards to illegal immigrants. My husband had to wait 2 years in a refuge camp in Austria before he and his family could emigrate to America. Just because some have the option to jump a fence to enter this country gives them NO RIGHTS under the Constitution. If they want to stay here, no matter how many children they have in America, they must go back to their country and apply, just like the LEGAL immigrants in this country have done. To not make this so, you are slapping the face of every immigrant who has come into this country legally.
Unless you can provide a plan for quelling the flood of illegal immigrants, and dealing effectively with the nes already here, then I have no choice but to remove my support of your presidential aspirations. I

On tv, you see that all the time during cases there's always someone drawing pictures of the people involved. Why does that happen? What purpose does it serve and why not just use a camera??

I´m Spanish and I see here in Europe everyone is against it, but I support it cos I think suspected terrorists can´t have the same rights as current people. They may have very important information and so strong interrogation techniques must be used. What do you American think about that?

This word means that if the judge finds that the plaintiff is suing as revenge then the case is dismissed.

EXCERPT from Columbus Dispatch regarding workforce in Ohio nurseries is 75% latino:

The growth in the number of Latino employees is "real simple," said Jerry Fultz, general manager of Acorn Farms, a 700-acre wholesale business in Galena.

"Our local labor force isn't able to supply us with the workers," Fultz said. About 90 of Acorn's 158 employees are Latino.

"It's pretty well-documented that a lot of jobs in the nursery and landscape industry go unfilled by American laborers," said Bill Stalter, director of the Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association. It's become more pressing as nursery sales have grown, Stalter said.

The study found that 45 percent of those surveyed make between $6 and $7.99 per hour. Another 33 percent make $8 to $9.99 per hour.

Latinos are taking the jobs because "it's an entry-level-type job; it's not very well- paid," said Beatriz Maya, director of Midwest operations for the Farm Labor Organizing Committee of the AFL-CIO, based in Toledo.

My ex never agreed in writing to help with college but he had said he would. Through the years I never pushed for all the child support I could get because I thought he would help with college. He paid her room deposit, took her to register and then the very next day said he couldn't pay that much and asked if she could go to a cheaper school. She found a cheaper school and then the night before graduation he backed out of all help. He paid his last child support in June and that has been it. He knows she takes monthly medication and he will not help with those expenses either. She has now chose a community college and is working to pay her rent, etc. The worst part is he sent his two step kids out of state to a private Christian college and paid for their cars, cell phones, laptops, etc. But his own he will not help with. Since it was understood all along that he was going to help and now he backed out, can I take him back to court for some type of fraud or something?
