Are you concerned that USA is being driven into a facist State by the combined pressures of ambitious political figures and corporate america? That we now bear many similarities to 1934 Germany? That the dept of Homeland Security has powers our Founding Fathers fought King George over?

" democratic " and Bengal Government is run by a party that claims that it is "Communist " and boasts inceassantly of its

since its time for the negativisom to come out i thought it was disgusting when hillary clinton brought up the fact that she knew Bhutto for 12 yrs. after she was just asassinated to bring up a tragity like that in these times just to benifit her politacal stance in the usa to me is disgusting and them 12 yrs. they were probably just aquantannes i could be in touch with someone for a decade but that don't mean i know them like she lead on i think to know someone is to know some of their habits and close family what do you think ??? P.S i dont think we need a president that uses someone elses grief for a little leverage she should think about what Bhutto's children are going through when Hilary doesnt have to worry about being in that kind of danger

Most people agree on sex education for children as there gonna face it sooner or later.
Then why not political education, i mean actual practices and views not historic text. Are'nt they gonna be voting citizens in the future !

I may be wrong, but I think I might have seen or heard some news once within the last 6 or 7 years about an attempt to ensure that the people voting actually had some knowledge about the laws they were voting for or against, (State level, possibly in CA), and also about the elected officials they were voting for or against, State and Federal.

Of course, the far Left's survival depends on the 'illiterati's' votes, so they called this attempt at improving our country 'Unsconstitutional' and not much was mentioned afterwards, as far as I can remember.

Now, I'm thinking this happened sometime around 2001 or 2002. Those years being very busy for me with the War and my introduction back into Society, so I didn't put too much attention to this. But I'm very interested to learn what has become of this effort and who is pushing for this reform if it in fact still is.
Any help would be nice, thanks in advance.

Why is it that there are so many people in America that hate Liberals?

Is it because of FOX and other news/mock-news out lets?

Is it because they are not educated about what the Founding Fathers wanted?

Liberal is NOT a dirty word, it cannot be, it stands for everything our Founders wanted;

I was on the invisible children website, getting some information about the war in uganda when I came across the schools for schools program.

I really want to get involved in the program b/c i am a high school student but it seems a little overwhelming. My school isn't registered and I don't really know how to get started.

If anyone has some information about the schools for schools program or other ways to help in uganda, let me know please!!!

More than $2. 8 billion people in the world are working for less than $2 a day. Huge Corporations, giddy with joy over Free Trade Laws, are ever on the search for cheaper labor. Americans have fed this inequity by purchasing goods from countries where workers could be described as slave labor, even though we are sometimes faced with poisonous products, like lead paint in toys or tainted dog food.

Each day shiploads of foreign cargo reach our ports and no one seems to care that young children are employed in foreign factories, that women work in appalling conditions that no American would accept, that they labor for hours for salaries so low they are caught in poverty for their lifetimes.

Should Americans accept this? Should a mass boycott of foreign goods be used to halt these conditions? Should we insist that our politicians rework the Trade laws and, not only reinstate American manufacturing, but insist upon fair salaries and better working conditions in foreign lands?
