Ok, so my island's government has passed a new Labor Law, Public Law 15-108. I believe it has something to do with alien workers, and guest workers. Like, every 3 years, contract workers must go back to their homeland, for at least 6 months. Something like that.

They had just done a rally opposing this law. I read in the newspaper about that rally. About 10,000 came. This is a sign that means this law is a big deal. Many people said that this law is too much harsh. The law declares that every 3 years, non-resident workers, on non-US workers must go back to their homeland for 6 months. Crazy, isn't it? I'm a US citizen, and so are my brothers, but both of my parents aren't. They'll have to leave us for 6 months. Life can never be easy with this law glooming over us.

What do you think about this law? Don't you think our government has gone of the path?

I'm only 13 years old, but I really want to do something about this. I really, truly want to make a big difference.

I try again. If the private sector could provide HEALTH INSURANCE to all Americans they would have done it by now. Some people said the problem was 'the government'. Others gave me an entire book on the woes of Canada. One more time: A single payer, universal HEALTH INSURANCE plan that will cover ALL Americans. CARE will stay as it is, the difference will be INSURANCE. Eliminate Medicare, Medicade and all the rest of it to pay for it. Everyone pays, everyone is covered. We already pay the bills, particularly for the 'emergency room' medical care that people keep pretending covers the medical needs of the uninsured. We pay for that. Now....argue for or against UNIVERSAL HEALTH INSURANCE, not CARE!

First the New York Times had the Clinton's all over the front pange and now the Washington Post has her mug shot there. Is the world so devoid of things to report on that the major papers have to put the Clinton's all over the front page?? It is really sickening to open the paper and see her. The speical interst groups are really pushing her hard so theere must be a great deal between them.

As such, why do so many people just sit by and just watch the debate, silently fuming, or otherwise don't even educate themselves on what's going on?
The time has come for society to make the changes they want to see.

Ever vote is counted. "I HOPE " even if he dose not win. Everone can see how strong the country thinks about getting back to a goverment that is for the people and by the people.
Voteing for the lesser of the two evils is still a vote for the evil. Are we that afraid? Afraid you'll vote for the a non winner.? Vote for the person that shares your concerns and views no matter what. No matter what media reports. No matter what, Vote like it's the last chance to vote. The farther away from a constatutional goverment we get. The closer we get to not being able to vote, And that is a real reason to be afraid. History repeats it's self, I vote for history to repeat it's self in another country. Not here. Not in America. This may be the last chance to get back on the right path. Vote for Ron Paul with no regreit.

Why stop at such a broad label? Shouldn't the nation pick Catholicism or Protestantism? And if so, shouldn't we then fine tune the label and choose one of the many subsects of whichever bigger partition we chose?

This case had been going round for quite some time now, and still the 80,000 homeowners need to see one penny returned to them, but the lawyer and his SEVEN clients have had to return the money.

Isn't this a fine example of what citizens can accomplish when they really get interested in what their government is doing, and be able to "correct" some mistakes?!!!
