can a landlord enter your home any time, my landlord said she can because it her house and she came in after i left to go to work

Absolutely not. Landlords have to give notice to enter your apartment unless there is an emergency such as water running out from under the door or smoke, etc.

Landlords do have a right to enter if there is sufficient reason for them to believe they need to protect their property from harm such as that, or if they are served a warrant by the police.

They are allowed to enter at any time, though they should give you the courtesy of advance warning anytime they can. You might clal a local law school. Often they have law clinics where you can get advice on tenant's rights.

They can not enter the house by themselves they needa police officer with them to do that unless on yourcontract it says she has the right to do so.

Absolutely not. The only reasons they're allowed to enter is if they smell smoke or gas. Change your locks ASAP.

It is her house, forget the mambo jumbo, she paid money for that property , from sweat and blood, don't you think she has no rights to control her property, make sure people like you i mean the tenants, don't abuse her property, what you getting so uptight about
