JOin..yes. But they will all have to be removed when you show up to transport to basic. You will not be allowed to wear them during basic at all, throughout tech school either. Onve you are active duty, you can not wear any piercings (other than ONE simple stud in each ear for female military members) while in uniform or on post. I would also leave them out if attending any off base, military sponsered social events. Also, depending on the base, many overseas bases have strict policies on facial and excessive piercings because of host nation beliefs or customs.

Sure you can but once you get to basic or boot camp you will need to have them removed. here are the guidelines:
http://www.militaryonesource.com/skins/MOS/display.aspx?IssueID=19fd663f-9aa2-4aaa-afd3-02a961652214&ModuleID=ae74eaa3-d1b6-4dbd-b23e-354880172094&Action=material&ObjectID=e53b8dda-c3ea-44d2-aaba-53587f9015e3
And found this:
BODY PIERCING. Not authorized while in uniform. No articles, other than earrings (one earring per earlobe) for women, shall be attached to or through the ear, nose, or any other body part. Additionally, body piercing is not authorized in civilian attire when in a duty status or while in/aboard any ship, craft, aircraft, or in any military vehicle or within any base or other place under military jurisdiction, or while participating in any organized military recreational activities. When considered appropriate by the prescribing authority under , body piercing may be prohibited while in foreign countries.

click on uniform regulations menu. Then click on civilian clothing.
Good luck

In the military you can't were any other "visable" peircings other than one pair of earring that is either gold or silver. After duty hours it depends if you are in the company of higher ranking people they might let you where your Eyebrow ring or they might not. Also depends on the policy they have in place in the unit.

Sure but as long as you are in the Navy you will have to let all the holes close up and never use them. You, if female, are allowed to wear one pair of regulation earrings in one traditional ear piercing hole.

well, yes, but you will not be allowed to wear ANYTHING other than ONE set of small gold or silver balls while in Basic training in your ears. Additionally, any time you are in uniform, only earrings( you might be able to wear 2 per ear, but definitely not more than that and only if they are in the lobe, nowhere higher.)
In addition, some bases have a dress code for being in civilian clothes on base, and body piercings are generally forbidden.
