My car broke down last May, I did not have any money to buy a new car on my own, my neihbor sold me a truck for 3k and took my broken car for $800. I didnt have the $2,200, so my moms BF(who thinks he has all the power in the world because he has money) waiting for me to come and ask for help, witch I have never done, because it gives him power over me, well anyways we have a written agreement, and I have been paying, he hurt my mom emotionally, so i gave him a piece of my mind, now he threatens to take the truck. Can he? He is the lein holder, but the title is in my name.

One of my neighbors has been caught picking in the dumpster numerous times. One time, my fiance caught him ripping apart our trashbag. I am worried about identity theft, even though we are pretty vigilant about shredding documents. Can we call the police on this one?

Do you think they'd be proud we pass laws dictating where people can smoke? Or what kinds of food they can eat?
& what about "the right to bear arms"?

If continue to tear at the fabric of our founding principles don't be surprised when the whole thing becomes unraveled!

Please....go....

My taxes are high enough already without them doubling to pay for some substandard socialized medicine.

So now, you people want me to continue to basically pay what I pay for insurance now, but receive substandard treatment.

Is the governent going to run this program as well as every other govenment program? Look at the Department of Education, Department of Veterans Affairs, IRS, Department of Justice, Department of Labor, the Food and Drug Administration, the ATF...and the list goes on and on...

Do you REALLY want your health and well being in the hands of the same people who run these crackpot, overspending, nonproductive, mismanaged bureaucracies?

Do you REALLY want your medical records to be government property?

Are you people crazy or are you just trying to see how much you can have the government do for you?

Are you people on a mission to see just how big you can get the US government?

I'm not asking what you think about this case - I just find it highly unusual someone can be charged with "buggery" in 2007 when The United Kingdom repealed its buggery laws in 1967, ten years after the Wolfenden report (according to wikipedia).

Just seems unfair to get charged with something that is no longer a crime. Whats next witchcraft? :-)

I got pulled over this morning in NY (Pembroke-between Rochester & Buffalo). I got 2 tickets 1st for going 86 in a 65 for speeding and 2nd for being on my cell phone.

Any advice? What do I do? This is my first violation ever and been driving for about 6 years.

How much do you think my ticket will be? Would I end up with pts on my license? What did you do?

White Americans are the majority in this country. True Fact. Yet people believe that minorities are the majority of welfare users. Mathematically this is impossible. If you take the amount of Americans below the poverty line, white Americans are still the majority. Can someone address this belief? If America is not bias explain this. If white Americans are the majority, then why are more blacks by percentage locked up than blacks. Does this mean more minorities are criminals, Or are minority neighborhoods being policed (harvested) for criminals? I think that if the same presents was in the white community would would find the same amount of criminals lingering and roaming free. Can someone address the reason more minorities are locked up than the majority in this country?

Rape and kidnapping are serious offenses that have a lingering effect on victims for a while and it should be treaten as a serious offense.
However I think that 1st and 2nd degree murder should be the most serious offenses in the law . A victim of a murder cannot be brough back. Usually a conviction for 1st and 2nd degree murder means that that killer did not kill due to abuse or provoking circumstances.

If they aren't then why is it that you never hear anything about the North American Union between Mexico, Canada and the USA in the news? There are plenty of government documents which prove this is what they are doing...so why isn't it on the main news?
