To all the super smart people who scream opsec! the army times publication regularly posts deployment schedules and any one can subscribe to it, even al quaeda. lighten up, you answer questions as a hobby. get a life.

I highly doubt you'll find any military deployment schedules posted anywheres public

I'll be honest, I don't think you are going to find a deployment schedule. As an army wife, I would be on it constantly trying to find out when my husband is going back. There are always rumors floating around base, and they are sometimes accurate. But as far as finding out the actual deployment schedule, that would be a security breach.

Yes, The Army Times does publish projected deployment dates (month and year) for units. However, it's wrong most of the time.

It'll give you a rough estimate though, which you could figure out on your own anyway.

So . . . it makes military sense to you for the Army to broadcast troop movements for everyone, including Al Quaeda to see so they can plan their own deployments?

Not going to happen, bucko.

well, for one, the Army times is NOT an official publication endorsed by the military, and two, you will notice that don't get very specific at all. that's as close as you will get.
