Ultimately yes. Why not negotiate an agreement with them and stick to it. They will have to get the Plaintiff's agreement but try instead of looking for smart dodges

Yes, unfortunately they can but can only take items on the posession agreement.

yes they can,if she had not let them in she would have been ok as they can only enter if you allow it, or leave a window open or a door open etc....but they can only take certain things anyway.
