actually its a flooding the market with consumers to drive down cost added to a health savings account to raise premiums and lower cost.
Ive been investigating this with some healthcare professionals as well as big business insurance people and so far they all are saying it seem to be a good step in the right direction. It needs to go further to address preexisting conditions however it is movable which is the main problem with job financed HC so that problem wont be as prominant as it is now.
