George W. Bush was 'acting President' just as he's always been. Georgie-Porgie loves to play Commander-In-Chief as long as he doesn't have to risk spilling his own blue blood. Cheney left a list of "things to do" while he was incapacitated; as usual, Georgie-Porgie got tangled up in the puppet strings because Dickie-Wickie wasn't there to dangle 'em. I think they let GW had a go at it. You know, baby steps. . . twenty minutes here, two hours there. Maybe someday before January 2009 he will be allowed to be the president outright - and own up to all of the mistakes Cheney made in his name!!
