George Wya was never President of the United States. So with that being said, I guess Number one would go to Andrew Johnson (impeached) Harding then 2,Filmore 3, probably Grant 4th. If your referring to George Bush, he is way down on the list, probably middle of the pact. Check out the economy, numbers are looking pretty good. Awww, come on go check them out.
