Imagine your employer put undue pressure on you at work. Long unpaid overtime without time off in lieu. Failing to give enough support so you could adequately do your job. Expecting you to be able to do tasks for which you have insufficient training. Imagine this led to you actually developing depression and sleeping problems.

Could you successfully bring legal action against them? And are there successful cases?

Seeing how they are not fighting terror but playing referee in a ancient civil war.

Perhaps Bush and his supporters should be going after the extremists planning a Summer attack in America, instead of wasting more years, billion and troops in Iraq!

Saddam is dead, mission accomplished - now quit stalling in the oil Country and start going after real terrorists.

Lets remember now that there were no terrorists in Iraq before we invaded. And quit labeling everyone who is against occupation al-Qaida!

"War on Terror" - not - "A 5 year War to hand out Unwanted Democracy"

For all those who single out Bush on this one.....
Can you explain to me how this is all HIS fault when Teddy wrote the Bill, and 39 out of 50 (78%) of Democrat Senators voted for it? Wasn't it Teddy who brought it up for vote?

They're must be some mistake! Iraq has nothing to do with Al Qaeda, or 9/11. Before we came along and screwed everything up,the Hussein regime was a benevolent overlord.

Seems all we need to do is go in and arm and pay rival drug dealers to capture arrest and detain a majority of the leaders and dealers .
Its the same program Bush is cheering in the press today of arming former murderers of our troops to take down other terrorists .

This is the most sickening thing I have ever heard of . Its like handing a weapon to one of a group of home invaders to defend you against the others after they have kiled two kids and your wife . Anything to keep yourself alive .and in Bush's case the war going .

I am currently 35 years old and I am going to school for criminal justice. I am Very interested in persuing a carrer in law enforcement. Just a few months befor Bill left office she took their daughter on a world tour,saw everything and everywhere any paying tourist would love to see. She used her position to take this trip, no exspence spared. It was of no benifit to the American people just their own enjoyment. If she would do this as first lady, what would she do to gain herself anything as President? Her husband did'nt honor the office or the job or the country, why in the world would we want these people back in the Whitehouse?

Can we sue condo association if we get hurt by a pitbull dog?
The association has rejected our petition and will not ban or order muzzles for several pit bull dogs in our community. One of the dog has already caused $1,500 injury to a small dog. The association claims we would need to sue pitbull owner, not them. Aside from the dog owner, wouldn't it be the condo management's responsibility due to their negligence?
