The person is a relative of mine, that is all I know about the issue though, because no one will tell me about it, and I want to know how serious the situation is. Thanks,

1. Goodbye job ... grounds for being fired.
2. Possibly law suit against you by customers, if they can prove your impaired judgement in any way placed the customers at risk.
3. Risk that you go to jail, pay fines, depending on how many other times you got in trouble.
4. Extreme difficulty finding another job, because now you have a record where no employer wants a person with your bad habit.
5. Forget about getting unemployment compensation or welfare because you lost your job because it was your fault.
6. There's other places that might not want you because of your record, such as college or the military.

Your best chance is to
(a) claim there must be some error in the lab testing, and ask that you be tested again, perhaps by a different lab
(b) while the beaurocracy arranges this, you do your darnedest to get clean, so that in the second test you really do have the stuff out of your system

I'm wondering why Buffalo Wild Wings would test your blood for Percoset while at work, that seems a little harsh. If they had a cause to test your blood, you're probably already halfway to getting fired anyway, so I'd recommend starting to look for another job. But if you obtained it illegally and your employer turns you in -- which they have the right to do if you violate the law -- you could have charges filed against you also.

Where one works makes no difference.

Percocet is a controlled substance and is generically known as Oxycodone, a Schedule II drug with a high potential of abuse.

It is a felony to illegally possess!

Depending upon the court and state law...a felony is punishable by a minimum of one year and a day in jail with court costs and fines.
