The FBI is investigating an alleged human smuggling operation based in Chaparral, N.M., that agents say is bringing "Iraqis and other Middle Eastern" individuals across the Rio Grande from Mexico.

An FBI intelligence report distributed by the Washington, D.C. Joint Terrorism Task Force, obtained by the Blotter on ABCNews.com, says the illegal ring has been bringing Iraqis across the border illegally for more than a year.

The FBI report, issued last week, says the smuggling organization "used to smuggle Mexicans, but decided to smuggle Iraqi or other Middle Eastern individuals because it was more lucrative." Each individual would be charged a fee of $20,000 to $25,000, according to the report.

Glad to see it's finally back in FL. Why are people so concerned with cruel and unusual punishment? The criminals didn't seem to mind when they were committing the crime.

As for this guys lawyer saying "study him", what crap!! It won't change, he is a diseased piece of human filth. These people can't be changed, they are scum. All 50 states should have the death penalty.

I was wondering if there were any Marine Reserve Bases in Massachusetts. I heard one of my friends say he has Marine buddies that train here. I know there aren't any bases here that train active personnel but what about reservists? If so, what MOS would you have to be?

If you were in a burning room with Goerge W Bush and the last copy of the constitution, which would you save if you could only save one? We know the namby-pamby lieberals woud save the constiitution because they hate america.

I would save George W. Bush because he's the decider and way more important to america then some 200 yeay old peice of paper. He has saved us from the terrorist, what has the constitution done for us, besides protect anti-american liberals and hippies.

moderates? I mean come on, I can't stand extreme conservatives and extreme liberals. Shouldn't they both team up and get the best ideas off of each other and put them into effect? That if we do not choose the right president for the next election, that this nation will self-destruct in the 4 years that the new president is in office.
