Didn't see him after the first 15 min.

Was he driving all night in a diaper to see his woman?

If you register a trademark, and someone else already has the trademarked word as a domain name (theword+.com) can you file an action to get the domain name?
Does it matter that the domain name owner has registered his domain name before you registered your trademark?
(I know it looks like I'm looking for legal advice but I juest need to get an idea about the situation - I'm a law student myself.)

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/wn_report/2007/07/18/2007-07-18_daniel_pearls_widow_sues_terrorists.html

The widow of Daniel Pearl has sued more than a dozen reputed terrorists and Pakistan's largest bank, blaming them for the torture and murder of the Wall Street Journal reporter in 2002.......

Backed by the bank, terrorists "carried out the kidnapping, ransom, torture, execution and dismemberment of Daniel Pearl and broadcast those images nationwide," the lawsuit said. The suit seeks unspecified damages for acts it alleges were meant to "emotionally destroy the Pearl family and terrorize, appall and frighten American citizens."

do you think it has a psychology twist to it,
that childrens brains arent fully developed enough to understand what they are doing.

should children be charged the same but be placed in a seperate jail, thats like throwing them in with lions.

do you think they should have lesser harsh punishments, like less time, that way they can learn from thier mistakes and continue on with thier life.

anything would be helpful. its for a research paper/debate, one person takes a side, and the other person takes the other side and we debate in front of class, i have some good stuff but i would like opinions of other people as well, this is the world were living in i would like to know how everyone feels.

It is a mystery to me, the US calling themselves the "land of the free", but at the same time denouncing the lovers of freedom or generous people, which is the meaning of "liberal".

And please keep your venom to yourselves, I'm genuinely interested in how that came about, when it started, why it is still going on.

Why would they propose raises and increase military strength but attach it to troop withdrawl?

"The maneuvering occurred as the Senate debated a broad defense bill that includes a pay raise for the troops, revised regulations for detaining suspects in the war on terror and an increase in the size of the Army and Marines. Following the vote, Reid said he would suspend work on the measure, to which the Democrats sought to attach the troop withdrawal provision, until a date to be determined."

It may be a generation issue. Was WWII the first conflict in which the marines played a major role?

None of the major candidates for 2008 served in the USMC either. When might we see a marine president?

Most Chinese immagrants are spys to get info and backround information on our counrty and trying to get in our government. They reproduce a lot so that we can have a chinese president so that they can take over our country!!! I'm boycotting chinese products.

Although I'm not against gun ownership I do have a serious problem with the ease at which weapons can be obtained. Guns in the hands of manics who think the way to solve their problems is to shoot their ex-wife, or some attorney or anyone is enough to make me think perhaps their needs to be some speed bumps in gun ownership.

A gun and a car are not the same thing... you can't sneak a car into school or a court house in your back-back.

If it were our goal to do something to push down the middle class, but not significantly hurt the very rich or very poor, would instituting Universal Healthcare, along with big new taxes to pay for it, be a good way to do this?

I am interest in an extremely honnest ..hypothetical quote of what Osama Bin Laden would say is the reason he loves to kill americans and wishes to terrorize us.

Please make sure you answer is not so much your opinion, but rather what you think his honnest deep down in his heart opinion is.

I know this is hard to do for many people, but the reason I am asking this question is that I am curious to see how many of you really understand your enemy and why he wants to kill you.

why cant they politicians take the policies, agendas, and laws, and put them up to vote for and by the ''people'' of this country...as in like once a month we go to a voting booth to all individually vote on the hard issues like abortion, war, legallization of drugs, gay marriage...?
