Take it to the DA. Since it is a misdemeanor, and occuerd in 2001, it would be out of the Statute of Limitations most likely though.

I think he would have to be caught in the act but if they could do it they probably should. At least he didn't lie about anything like another politician did.

Simply having his name in a book isn't evidence of a criminal act. His morals are certainly in question, but without evidence, I don't know how they can charge him with anything
