I hope we do we will have universal health care, quality education and less poverty, people who make over $250,000 a year should be taxed at a 60% rate, and should not complain, I make over 400,000 dollars a year and i tell you what 60% will not make or break me, so to all you cry baby conservatives out their us liberals will have our time to shine in 09.

my dad was drunk and was screaming at my brother(his step son) and chasing him on the street. my brother called the cops and when they got there, they found a screwdriver on my dad's pocket. he got arrested and has order to court. he was charged with assault and was not required to post bail. i was wondering if the charge can be dropped if my brother did not show up. help. please.

i leave for basic (11bravo) at fort benning next week. i've been running every day. i'm doing a mile in 12 to 14 minutes. is that bad??? my push ups and sit ups etc are fine. no problems there but i am really nervous about my run times and cardio. i've been told many things by many different people. some have said i will be dropped from infantry for having bad run times. others have said that i won't be the only one in this position and that the army really brings you along. anybody know anything???

If I were caught commiting this forgery, should I be allowed to keep the job? Can you think of any good reasons why doing such a thing would be illegal? Should I be granted amnesty from my crime if I committed it only in search of a better life? Where do we draw the line in what we can allow people to do in search of a better life.

She lived alone and was deaf. She died three weeks ago but they didnt find her till a few days ago. She is sitting in the morge cause no one can claim her.
We know she has a brother and two very close friends that she would leave a will for but the police/court wont let us get into the house to get a phonebook since we arent family. The closest family is in New York and they dont know cause there is no way of telling them.

Anyways What do I do to One claim her and give her a funeral and two find her will and make sure her money and estate goes where she wanted it to go and not the state.(I know she had a lawyer but I dont know who)

I've heard both that 1.) they're already overquota for this year and 2.) that, b/c the enrollment rate is so low, there are people going for their second and third deployments.
I have a cousin who it's taking forever to get in...it turns out his enrollment was delayed b/c the recruiter did something illegal and is on trial now. But, he was told he still had to wait b/c of an overquota. But, my sons' friends' step-father is having to go back around Christmas and he REALLY doesn't want to. I've never seen such a big man look so scared. So, what's going on?
