Please dont take the question the wrong way. I have to admit iam a simple minded person and have always been curious as to why important black figures state that the "White man is keeping us down". With my job iam in the hood all the time and to me it seems that there is a lack of parenting to be the big issue.

Case in point: Taxpayer support for the arts. If there's a market for it, won't people pay for it voluntarily? Some guy who gets a Masters in Fine Arts and paints crap that no one wants to buy is deserving of taxpayer handouts? I know, I know, if the taxpayers don't pony up at the barrel of a gun we'll turn the place into a barren wasteland devoid of "culture" (whatever that is).

Please star this question. I am hoping that someone can answer it, and tell me how to put my plan in action.

Here is my plan: We should have people make an account on a site like Yahoo!, then use the Yahoo! Messenger to chat with
strangers. If any of them come across as creepy (like a pedophile), this 'undercover' person can give them a fake number. This
telephone number should lead to a trained operator who can pretend to give them the address to a kid's house. But instead of the
guy going to the house and finding a kid to rape, he would find the cops waiting to arrest him.

This is somewhat similar to those shows they have on Dateline. Only there can be SEVERAL telephone numbers. And regular kids who feel
threatened when they are online can find out what the number is, and use it.

So who can I contact to tell about this plan? Can somebody give me a website or e-mail address to forward this question to?

I am 13 years old.

Hi,
I got married in India and its been registered in India. I got divorce in USA, after 8 months of marriage. I was the petitioner and judgment was default, as he did not respond to any of my petions/summons. I have all the documents and proof of service to my summons/petitions. I have had served all the required documents and filed them all at local court. Now I got the default divorce judgment. The reason for divorce in petition was incredible differences, but the reason was that he was a abuser, he abused me physically and mentally for all over the period of 8 months during the marriage. I do have the copy of police record where he accepted his fault. Now is this divorce legal in India? Do I need to any thing more? Please advice. Thanks.

1. The Illegal Alien was a high level member of a Mexican Drug Cartel and had over $1 million worth of drugs.

2. Not only did these prosecutors give him unlimited travel to and from America which he used to participate in a second drug transaction but none was allowed to be disclosed to the jury. The prosecutors also did not make the illegal alien drug dealer sign a waiver against the United States. He is now in line to receive $5 million in settlement from taxpayers.

3. There sentence is more than 2 1/2 years longer than the average convicted MURDERER. These agents reacted in a split second and shot a drug dealer 100 yards away who appeared to have a weapon. There is NO EVIDENCE THAT THE DRUG DEALING ILLEGAL ALEIN WAS UNARMED BEYOND HIS TESTIMONY.

I couple weeks ago i was arrested after a sheriffs deputy saw a marijuana plant growing in my yard...when he asked if i had anything else...i gave him my pipe(which was all i had). i ended up getting these charges:
1.possesion of marijuana less than an half ounce(that was the plant)
2.drug paraphernalia
3.manufacture marijuana

I have no previous record at all. my court date is in a couple weeks.....what should i do?? the manufacture marijuana is a felony!!! Can i get that reduced somehow? I only had one plant. Do you think ill just get probation and a fine??

I have just been given a three day notice,and the problem is that i pay rent on the 25th and he has included this months rent and it is not yet the 25th.What should i do?Also he is saying that i have three days to pay if not i will get another notice.I said a 30 or 60 day cause we have been livig here for over two years.He said NO 5 days then a cop will remove us.Is that true.We live in California Please Help.I need advise.
