Johnny Sutton knows what he did. He was given his orders by Bush who wanted to send a clear message to the Border Patrol Agents "DONT DO YOUR JOBS"
It was NEVER proven that Ramos and or Compean shot him and the likelihood is he was shot when he got back to Mexico for not brining the money back for the drugs which he left in the van.
Johnny Sutton knows the get out of jail card he gave to Davilla was a mistake he stuttered and stammerd his way through his testimony
KEY POINT IN THIS ENTIRE THING
NO ONE WAS UNDER OATH!!!!!!!!!

Yes. I would add the following:
US Attorney Sutton and his office lied to the press, the court, the jury and Congress regarding several aspects of this case.
The DA's office said the BP Agents were heard saying "we are going to shoot us some Mexicans today." Both BP agents are Mexican American, this statement is absurd on the surface and was later disproved.
US DA's office LIED to the jury telling them that this was a impoverished Mexican looking to earn a meager $1,000 to buy medicine for his sick, dying mother. The evidence shows that this was a high level member of a Mexican Drug Cartel who had over a million dollars in drugs in his possession at the time of the incident. This man was given an unlimited visa to come in and out of the country as he pleased and he conducted a second drug transaction. Not only was he not prosectued for either drug offense but the PROSECUTORS DENIED THE JURY THIS INFORMATION WHICH WOULD DISCREDIT THIS WITNESS EVEN FURTHER.
US DA Sutton also stated the two BP Agents shot an unarmed man in the back. In the court, the evidence showed he was shot in the side of his buttock and the wound was consistent with a person holding his arm out as if he was holding a weapon.
US DA Sutton DENIED CONGRESS any information regarding the dates of the VISAs issued to the illegal alien drug smuggler and the date of the SECOND DRUG SHIPPMENT INTO AMERICA. DA Sutton told Congress that giving Congress this information WOULD HARM THE DRUG DEALING ILLEGAL ALIENS' PRIVACY RIGHTS. WTF?
US DA Sutton lied when he said this illegal alien drug smuggler caught red handed with over $1 million of drugs could not be prosecuted. Any first year prosecuter could have gotten an indictment and conviction with the evidence which nobody has contradicted - the drug smuggler entered the country illegally, he had over $1 million in drugs on him, he led BP Agents on a high speed chase which endangered the BP Agents and other Americans in the area.

yea I read an interview someone did with the Davila ( the illegal drug runner ).
He claimed in the interview it was a one time drug deal and a mistake on his part. ... of course he was seen doing it again later... hmmmm
This situation is beyond a travesty.

If President Bush wanted to do one thing right in his administration, he would pardon these to officers and directed that they be reinstated.
