That was one of the most aberrational points in the Senate Bill this year (and there were many.) Except for extreme exceptions, gang members who were illegally here would still have been legalized so long as they said they'd stop being in a gang.

The task forces will get them whether they are illegal or not and as for being illegal they probably did come here for a better life they just got wrapped in the same thing as before and can be changed once they are showed
