These people are nobodys and the government knows that , they put out arrests every so often to make you feel like we are winning . The real way to win is to stop the funding but they cant do that because then they would have to take out Saudi Arabia and that won't happen , now will it ?

He's just another foot-soldier. He doesn't run al-Qaeda. People like him are easily replaced. You need to destroy the leadership of al-Qaeda, and take away their flow of funds.
Then you would need to establish a Congress of Islamic Scholars which would be responsible for bringing Islam into the modern world and forever condemn private jihadist movements.

To Wally, if you want to cut off the funds to "Al-Qaeda," then abolish the CIA. They're funding ISI which funds the for-mentioned make believe terrorist group which name means in Arabic slang "the crapper."
