Im 20 years old and in December I was involved in an accident with an 18 wheeler. I was the driver but it wasnt my vehicle, it was someone else's. Now the driver of the 18 wheeler is sueing me, the owner of the vehicle, and the name of the person that the insurance is under ( which is the owners dad) The driver of the 18 wheeler is sueing for "mental anguish" This type of deal has never happened to me before and Im really stressed out about it. I dont have any money which is of course is what the driver wants and what do you think is going to happen?

Ok, my ex & I still live together. We are both on lease & cant afford an a place by ourselves. Anyways, he met this girl from online from Canada & she stayed 3half months rent free not even lifting a finer. OOps, sorry she did dishes like 3xs since she's lived here. She returned to Canada for her grandfathers funeral. She plans on returning in 3 weeks back to the states. This time she dont plan on returning to canada ever. In reading up on the American civil war, i am trying to find a legal justification for the burning of Atlanta, but can't. My history professor insists the Union was justified in its actions. Could the burning of Atlanta be concidered a war crime? I suppose the Unions and Confederacy were equally guilty in mistreatment of POWs....But it just seems that history books play down the way the union mistreated southerners..My Prof insists i am mistaken-for one thing, he maintains the south had no right to declare independence- I think their action was actually supported by the Constitution...Again, my Prof insists i am wrong...

I've been seeing this guy for a few weeks now, and spent most of our time together during memorial day weekend. now he's back doing his job and seems rather busy, like almost every day, going to conventions, meetings, fundraisers, etc. Is anyone familiar with this type of job? Is it possible that he's that crazy busy? He travels alot too, is it possible to have a relationship with someone that is constantly busy? He's told me before that the reason why he didn't have a girl is because he's always busy and they think something otherwise. But I want to be with him, and I want him to know that I understand that he is busy, so will he appreciate my patience? Is anyone else in this type of relationship? And should I just wait until he asks me to hang out again, which means he's not busy?

They SAY they attack and kill people because they're infidels, not because of specific Bush's foreign policies.
Agree with his policy, disagree with it, think it's stupid, think it's great.

But it's gotten to the point where if they had a roach problem in the White House and he called the Orkin Man, some on the Left would say "oh, no, leave the roaches alone" or "he's creating more roaches by spraying them."

O.K. Heres the deal.
i am overpaying child support to my ex-fiance(for a child in my care 4 days out of 7). because of the amount being taken, i cannot afford to take this through court to get the order changed.
I am fairly certain that the money she is receiving IS NOT being used for the child. she lives with her mother(minimal rent, no bills, etc...) i cannot afford to clothe my child, pay my bills, keep stocked on food, after im done being raped by child support and when clothes are bought, it is her mom or my mom that does the buying. food is provided by her mothers income on my ex's days with the child.
How can i have this investigated or who do i report this concern to??
also does anyone know how i can get the support order changed? i cant afford a lawyer, and i cant afford the filing fees for a court motion... when child support came at me, it cost her nothing... is there a way i can get it done for me at extremely minimal cost or free??
