Buon giorno! Mille grazie for coming to the USA.
If you have permission to work in the US, you can join the US military. See http://www.navy.mil.
If you join the US military, please remember that there will be times when you feel frustrated or tired or sad. But in the end, if you put forth a lot of effort you will get a lot out of the experience.
No other country in the world gives its veterans as many benefits as the US.
I am a veteran of the US Navy, and have visited Bella Italia many times; I'd love to go back for another visit.

Are you not legal now? If so, you have committed a felony and cannot serve in the military if you get caught at it, even if you later become legal. Do not get me wrong, I have no problem with those that want to come here, I don't blame them a bit. However, they should go through channels. In failing to do that, they should at least atempt to learn English, not expect this country to learn their language. Don't be creating a rukus and waving other countries flags in our streets. You think that other country is so grand, stay there.

Italians have made a big impact on America. Many thousands of hard working Italians came to this country to make better lives for themselves and their families. In those days, all at least atempted to learn the language, and thought that having their children schooled in the ways of America was a good thing. America is actually named after an Italian, Amerigo Vespuchi, (I'm not sure of the spelling) an early explorer. Many immigrants come to this country expecting handouts. They pay nothing into the system but expect everything provided free. There is no free lunch. Somebody has to pay, and frankly the hard working people from many cultures are damn tired of working their butts off only to have the government take 80 or 90 percent of it, to give it away to people that haven't earned it. You want to come here fine, work, pay the taxes, and help to make the society strong again, don't work to tear down what you claim to want.

Excellent! I love to see others excited about being here and trying to get here legally. The path to citizenship is quicker if you join the military. Good luck!

...okay? are you illegal?

Don't join the Navy, join the Army. They need you. Spend a couple of tours in Iraq, and you will have my respect and (in my opinion) you will be an American
