my husband was let go at his job due to poor work performance in which this woman is a liar and we filed for unemployent and the benefits are now suspended because she said he was let go due to misconduct when we have it in writing it was for poor work performance. we are now 6 weeks behind in receiving any checks and requested a hearing in court. what will happen next being that she is lying? will they reward us all the monies owed too? please help on this one

I am very athletic, I have a lot of endurance, I want to do a job that not only involves mental ability , but physical ability as well. I love the water but don't want to live on it for long periods of time. I have no idea what I want to do career wise ;however, the military has so many job and career opportunities. I was curious to which branch is best suited for me, and why, and if you believe the military would be good for me?

My mother is a citizen of Ireland, but she became a citizen after I was born. Therefore, I am not eligible for Irish citizenship. However, can my mother as an EU citizen sponsor me for a residency visa (complete with employment rights) in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or any EU country for that matter? She currently resides in the United States, would she need to live in the EU to sponsor me?

From 2002-2006, the GOP controlled both Congress and the Presidency, yet never put together a bill which could have been railroaded through Congress and past the protests of the Democrats.

Why did the GOP Congress and Bush shirk their duty to America?

I know we all pay our taxes through withholding, except what we earn through investments - - - but you file your return, reminding you of how much it is in total, in April.

The law of land warfare clearing makes killing unarmed civilians a war crime. It further makes the conduct of combat without a uniform an illegal combatant that can be executed as a spy. In no way, does the law of land warfare indicate a POW is entitled to a trial.

Instead, we put terroristic criminals in a tropical jail cell, feed them 3 square halal meals a day and give them all the items they need to perform their religion. We treat them as well as any POW ever has been treated, though they could be rightfully executed under the law.

NOW, lets look at how they treat hostages they call POWs:
BAGHDAD - Insurgents linked to al-Qaida issued a video Monday claiming they killed all three U.S. soldiers captured in an ambush last month. "They were alive and then dead," a voice said during a sequence of images that included the military IDs of two Americans still missing.

Life in a Guantanamo jail cell is probably better than they've ever had. How do they deserve more?
