No, it is a misdemeanor, if she had listened she wouldn't be sitting behind bars now. If you are placed on unsupervised probation you must adhere to the rules. If you don't then you serve your suspended sentence in the county slammer.

No her crimes are considered to be misdemeanors of nature. Felony crimes are related to murder, child molestation, bank robbery, grand thief, etc....

A DUI, is a misdemeanor.
