who would win this war?

Invaders = South East Asia
(Malaysia)
(Philippines)
(Indonesia)
To win the war South East Asia has to succesfully control the Island Country of Australia for 3 years. (is that possible?)

Defenders = Oceania
(Australia)
(New Zealand)
(Fiji)
(Tonga)
(Papua New Guinea)
For Oceania to win the war they must be able to defend Australia for 3 years.

***The rules are no Ally intervention or Nuclear warfare. ***(This is a hypothetical question and in reality has a .1% chance of happening)

An ex girlfriend out of my husbands past came back after 6 years saying that him and her have a daughter together. My husband was not only surprised but upset because he felt like a dead beat dad even though he knew nothing about this child. The problem is we think its all a lie. First off he has never seen this child, and the mother has a excuse every time he tries. She sent us a photo of a new born when this child is suppose to be 6, and she had no updated photos. She cant keep it straight because last time she said she was 6 then last night she said 5. Everytime he asks for a paternity test the mother freaks out on him and says she will tell his daughter that he denys her. And then she said she would take the test only if no lawyers are involved. But as soon as he mentions going through a lawyer she goes into panic mode. Is there way she can be held by law, or punished by law if there is no child and she was lying the whole time???? Any advice would be great!!

My ex husband is filing for ssi or ssdi, im not sure which one, i understand his current support will no longer exsist while he is on and that I will get a portion for kids. My question is what happens to the 20,000 he owes in arrears. He is only filing ssi(pretending to be bipolar which he has fooled all the doctors and he has gone to extremes for a over a year) to get a lump sum of money for himself and he told me he will no longer owe me current or BACK child support. He said he will stay on for a year or so just enough to get his "stuff" together. Pay his bills get his liscense back( that child efforcement took away), buy a car, wipe away the back and current child support, etc.

Can you report fraud to social securtiy?
How can this be fair? If he goes on ssi for a short time and they wipe out his arrears and then he gets a great job, wins the lottery or whatever and has no obligation to his child support arrears????? This just doesnt seem right.

My stepmother was a very angry and nasty person and convinced my dad that her daughter would be the best person to take care of all of his needs. And she does take care of him somewhat. However, we are very uncomfortable about her making his life and death decisions. Also, money and property has been taken from his house without any forced entry. We called the authorities just last weekend when $1,400.00 was stolen. The officer told her that by the looks of the situation, and without coming right out and saying it, that it looked like it may have been someone with a key. Her family is the only ones who have keys since my dad still lives in my stepmothers house. As his children, do we have any rights at all concerning him?

Everyone using the internet can be traced and judging by the content and invented accusations in Yahoo Answers against the Mc Cann family it appears to me that Libel action is justified.

People are traced first through the ISP and then the ISP can be forced by the Police to reveal who is paying for a particular account. The address can also be demanded from the credit card company.

Here is an outline of the Law but see the link below.

There are two versions of defamation, libel and slander. Libel is when the defamation is written down (including email, bulletin boards and websites), and slander is when the incident relates to words spoken.

In the UK, if someone thinks that what you wrote about them is either defamatory or damaging, the onus will be entirely on you to prove that your comments are true in court. In other words, if you make the claim, you've got to prove it!

I consider myself American. Unfortunately it has taken me a long time to have found my father, who had been stationed in Germany in 1959 in Baumholder, where I was born in 1960, but I found him at last. At the age of 35 I found him; at that time he was already dead. But I found my two half-siblings in Georgia and visited them; altogether we were at his grave. That was very moving to me. I am grateful I have found my family over there.
My heart wish is to be accepted in my American identity by American authorities. My sister in Atlanta is willing to do DNA testing due to proof our relationship. Is there anybody out there who can give advice in this matter?
What could be possible steps on the way to US citizenship?
I feel unhappy here in Germany, and since 9/11 I feel more and more close to my American roots and I need to move.
Thanks for reading this and thanks in advance.
God bless America.

My mother and step father have just had a very messy divorce and my mother has been granted the house, which at the moment is in my step fathers sole name.

The judge has made a ruling that the house must get transferred to my mother, but there is a mortgage outstanding, when the deeds get transferred will the mortgage automatically get put into her name?

Bit confused as I know the mortgage company will still need to have the interest in the property but after the hearing nobody mentioned the transfer of the mortgage??

Any thoughts would be gratefully recieved

Just for kickers, here's mine:
I was late for work at a hospital, some slow little old lady ahead of me pulled into a 7-11 and I veered around her and over the yellow line and speeding a little. A cop started after me shortly but I only had about a mile to go so I kept on going and finally pulled into the parking lot. Lo and behold, there's a helicopter parked in front of the Emergency Room, whirrring away... so I'm fascinated wondering what's going on. the cop is at my window asking for ID, and I have my stethoscope hanging around my neck and I start twirling the end of it and acting a bit nervous and hurried. The cop figured I must have a big emergency awaiting and was badly needed so instead of taking up any more of my time he just zipped off a quick warning and let me go! Whew, that 'copter sure turned up at a handy time!
Now tell me your favorite story?

So often people who are FOR the U.S. war in Iraq use "Support Our Troops" to make their case. I DO support our troops... I am from a military family, and grew-up on a military base. BUT, I am completely AGAINST our soldiers fighting in this pointless war. Worldwide hatred of the United States is far more intense than it has ever been, we are far less safe than we were BEFORE Iraq (and after Afghanistan), and we will never be able to secure a stable supply of oil from Iraq. Even worse, by all but ignoring Afghanistan for Iraq, we are giving it back to the Taliban and Osama Binladin. How can I explain this to other Americans who think that being against the war is the same as being against our soldiers?
