I was in a bar minding my own business, when a drunk guy started talking to me and asked if he can buy me a drink...cut the story short i respectedly turned him down and in return he started calling me a B*@ch. I repeatedly asked him to leave me alone but insisted on talking to me.. he was so intoxicated that he was already pushing me against the bar. Upon that incident, i got really upset so threw my drink at him on his shirt and the next thing i know i was on the floor with a busted lip while he tried to flee and leave the bar. Bouncers were able to catch him and police were able to arrest him. My question is what can expect in suing the guy who assaulted me? What can i get besides the financial burden that I'm dealing from all the medical expenses that I got. what are the procedures and what else can i get from him besides the medical expenses that i have to pay? Can I get paid for injuries he had inflicted on me and can i get paid for the loss time of work because of my injuries?

Dear sir, i am employee in P company. I was applied my passport at 20 days before police enquiry is completed.in this mean time i got job oppurtunity for Dubai but I can't have a passport now. Not thought of as being as important to separate as, say, separation of church and state?

if the media ever teamed up with the government, (and they may already have), a propaganda machine would be produced that would keep americans so blind that they may just allow the government to do whatever they wanted, so long as they could still have an illusion of being free. Why don't people ever consider this a threat to our freedom, the way that separation of church and state is?


news sources already promise the government to not ask tough questions, so that they will allow them into the white house press core or set up interviews for them - this alone is a slippery slope, giving the government this kind of power.

I am in no way trying to bad mouth your country as my country (Australia) suffers the same problem. But for a country that claims to love freedom and democracy so much, how can you tolerate the 2 party system which has effectively ruled your country for over 150 years? I know there must be millions of people that cry out for an alternative. No wonder so many people in your country don't vote and why should they? The same choices every 4 years is really no choice at all.....your thoughts?

I travel this country by train this week and experienced something interesting:

Two guys, one is tall but thin and the other is fat but shot, quarrelled. They shouted and pointed at each other, making huge noise. A uniformed lady tried to make them calm down but it doesn’t work. Suddenly, a soldier stood up. Guess what he did!

-He took off his cloth to show his great muscle
-He broke an empty glass bottle with his head!
-He shouted at those to guys, the tall but thin and the fat but shot

Then they really calmed down. To my surprise, all the passengers applauded and whistled to show their admiration to that crazy guy!

Can China really resuscitate peacefully if Violence is respected there and if the TV screens are full of programmes about building of modernized army, Gung Fu and Hong Kong sinister gang?

How does the USA's new immigration (amnesty) policy keep those who are criminals from getting into the country?

I have read that there will be background checks, but what if someone has not been charged for a crime in the US and they are not in our "system"? Are we basically giving the nod to criminals?

And keep in mind I am not saying that ALL of those included in this group ARE criminals or involved in criminal activity...nor have I mentioned the "M" word...

Does it seem possible to do a back ground check on 12 million people?

Why do we have to have a label? Do we not want the same thing? If we have a different approach that's because we have different outlook. Doesn't mean we can't find resolution. Wouldn't it be better to work together than to hide behind labels?

ok im thinking of which branch to join but cant make up my mind
i want a branch that pays the most also i dont wanna start at the lowest pay salary which i heard is about 800 bucks a month (i can make that at burger king) what can i do so i can start a higher pay lvl ? also i love snipping my friend got a Parker Hale Model 85 and after 1 week of traning ive gotten perfect shots from hundreds of feet away so that will be a plus . also i wanted to know if you get to keep your gun if i get one after active duty meaning your contract is done? and im a huge online gamer and was wondering if i would be able to take my laptop and my internet thingy and use it over there? will there be any restrictions
