He is not a coward, but he is a "do as I say, not as I do" kind of guy. He also has a "no way are you going to get away with the things I pulled off" kind of thinking.

No if Bush was a coward, he would have bowed to the pressure and pulled the troops out of Iraq before the 2006 elections.
