Generally speaking, ordinary people tend to find it difficult to accept the notion that suspects are innocent until proven guilty. It is important that lawyers keep this point in mind when defending suspects.

emotionally mature enough to make the decision? Rather than saying "this is the age and thats that", which seems to be a too simple solution to a complicated problem. Life is never that easy and I feel that some people are unjustly punished. What guy here, whether he be 18 or in his 20s hasn't spotted a girl at the mall, and wondered, "is she 18?" We can't deny that girls that are younger than 18 look 18 and therefore are capable of getting a rise out of us guys, if you know what I mean. I can't help but feel when a girl gives consent then she's doing just that. giving CONSENT, meaning she knows what sex is and wants to do it, and if it goes bad then she moves on with her life, as most people do. It should be done case by case, like its obvious if a girl is physically appealing and also guage a girls emotional stability to subjects such as sex, then I see no reason why 14 on up shouldn't be legal if these conditions are met. It happens anyway, and with birth control, it's safer.

Yesterday I watched an hour series bout inside North Korea. A doctor went there to cure the patients, but when the patients is cured, the 1st person they thank is not the doctor, but it's their "dear leader" Kim Jong Il?!

Everytime a patient is cured, they'll stand and kneel infront of the "dear leaders"' photos and start saying "I beg I'll take machine guns & kill every American soldier", "Thanks for holding me in your hand & cured me", "bansai", "bansai", "bansai".

Even they're starving, no food to eat, no vitamins, no comfortable place to live in, no internet, no cellphones, while in the other side the "dear leader" has limousines, collection of Hennessy, delicious food & big houses, the N.Koreans are still prasing the "dear leader" just like their Son of God.

I don't understand is the people is acting, or praising & serving him with all of their hearts & souls. What's in their mind?

One blow v's another.

Is Killing thousands, and somehow hijacking planes with box cutters, out witting NORAD, crashing a "plane" through a no fly zone into the worlds most secure building while leaving no trace of bodies let alone plane, crashing two planes into two of the most recognisable landmarks and bringing them down in almost fee fall time and leaving no evidenence not even a black box, the discovery of molten metal 6 wks after the colaps, plus so many other unanswered questions are not seen as greater travesty as sexual misconduct. Blows me away pardon the pun.

I was with my friend and my cousin and we stole from Wal-Mart...my friend and I took a eye shadow case but her cousin took so many clothes. Then she put a shirt in a bag and when we started to walk out somebody asked us for the receipt we freaked out b/c we knew that we had ALL taken something, and my cousin had so much stuff in purse. So we all went back to "look" for the receipt, meanwhile my cousin dumped EVERYTHING into the trash. So we came back and said that she brought that shirt to return something and she couldn't find the receipt. So they said we had a week to bring in the receipt otherwise they would have to pull out the tapes. I feel so horrible, and I know I should. I've never done anything before, and whether it was $1 or $1,000 my parents would be so disappointed in me. This whole ordeal was more than enough punishment for me. But can they really press charges just from seeing us on a tape? They don't know our names, info, or anything.

Count me in. And you know what else? Call me shallow if you will, but I think Latinas and Hispanic women are hot. Period. And you know what else? I think Hispanic culture is pretty darn fascinating. In terms of writing (magical realism!) and painting and architecture, there's just some amazing stuff. And the history is deep! From the Aztecs to the conquistadors to Texas ... fascinating.

And you know what else? I'm an (unfortunately) Republican-registered Constitution-loving IRS-hating white upper-class male Libertarian. I love English -- AND Spanish!! Like, Woah -- I appreciate another culture w/o surrendering my own. Wow.

So let me repeat, in case i wasn't plainly clear the first time around. I'm a flag-flying pull-yourself-up capitalist, ambitious Constitution-loving American ... who ALSO ... at the same time (brace yourself!!) ... enjoys having Hispanics and Latinos in this country and looks forward to their civic and artistic contributions.

I would change the rule of "THE MEDIA IS ALLOWED TO SAY WHAT THEY LIKE ABOUT ME WITHOUT ASKING FOR MY APPROVEL OR SIGNATURE OF AGREEMENT" to "THE MEDIA IS NOT ALLOWED TO SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ME UNLESS I APPROVE AND ACCEPT WHAT THEY WILL DO ABOUT ME AND I HAVE TO HAVE A PROVEN SIGNATURE OF AGREEMENT CONTRACT"

Barrack Obama has a black father from Kenya and an American caucasian mother, so in other words he is mixed and coloured, but why is it that he is labeled an African American or black by some people instead of calling him European-African American? He has European and African ancestors and heritage and he lives in America, hence Euro-Afro American.
